L’Oreal Infallible Shadow in Amber Rush is no newbie to GirlLovesGloss.com – I’ve mentioned it several times and it’s a summer staple for me. The creamy consistency of these shadows just don’t seem to be rivalled when it comes to the drugstore. The pigment is out of this world and they really do hold their colour and vibrancy all day long. My preferred method of application is to pat it on with my finger, then buff out the edges with a fluffy brush. Paired with a little smudge black liner, I constantly get compliments on this look!

Amber Rush is a gorgeous coppery rose gold that makes the green in my eyes so vivid. Swept on with a brush it can be subtle, but patted on with fingers it goes quite metallic and truly is stunning. You can see in the swatch above how pigmented this is, with no primer and just a swipe of a finger.

Considering you can usually find these for under a tenner at the drugstore, it is a total bargain. There are several shades in the line, but Amber Rush hands down is the winner for me – if you are going to buy anything this month, I’m tellin’ ya, get this!
