Tower 28 Beach Please Bronzino Swatches and Review

Testing out Tower 28 Beauty

IN A YEAR WHERE MAKEUP TRENDS HAVE FAVOURED MINIMALISM, TOWER 28 BEAUTY HAS ELEVATED THE MAKEUP GAME.

Cream blushes and bronzers have been all the rage this year. The effortless no-makeup makeup look has unsurprisingly surged during pandemic times. People are planning their looks around just enough to feel presentable on Zoom meetings and not too much that it sticks to the inside of your mask.

One thing I’ve learned over the years is that all cream products are not made equally; Performance and impact can be greatly affected by formulation.

Could it Be? A Glossier Cloud Paint Dupe For Canadians

CANADIANS TAKE NOTE: I’VE JUST FOUND A DUPE FOR THE GLOSSIER CLOUD PAINTS.

Cool-girl New York-based brand, Glossier, has been taking the beauty world by storm for a few years now. Built with an affordable, second-skin, less is more approach, Glossier has built up a cult following. It’s basics, done well.

But once you convert the currency, pay the shipping and cross your fingers you won’t get dinged with duty, the affordableness of it goes out the window for Canadians.

Current Cream Beauty Product Faves

LATELY, I JUST CAN’T GET OVER THE EASE OF CREAM BEAUTY PRODUCTS.

The heat has cranked up, my toddler has decided sleeping is for the weak, and I just never seem to have time. So that means my morning routine needs to be crazy fast, and cream products just ease that struggle a little bit faster.

Here’s the thing though: I have dehydrated skin. And dehydration mixed with cream products can be dicey, because my skin wants to drink up any moisture it has, leaving blotchy pigment behind.

So, unsurprisingly, I am picky about what cream makeup products make the cut.
