It’s officially the holiday season, and as usual, Tarte has an incredibly large limited edition collection! For a few years now the brand has offered a blush palette, but I’ll be the first to admit that last years didn’t impress me, especially when it came to packaging. This year Tarte has released the Blush Bliss Palette; Compact, sleek and with four shades sure to fit any skin tone!

Tarte Blush Bliss Palette Holiday 2017 Review
Firstly, I am so glad Tarte reeled in on the packaging this year on the Blush Bliss Palette. Last year, it was in this giant clutch style packaging that was loaded with glitter. I felt it detracted from the actual product as well as the usability. Thankfully, 2017’s offering is nice and sleek with a sturdy gold and plum motif that fits in the palm of your hand. Inside, you get four shades of the famed Amazonian Clay formula blush, as well as a nice full sized mirror that folds all the way down. All shades in the palette are limited edition and unique.
Tarte Blush Bliss Palette
Genuine – peach nude
Breathtaking – petal pink
Graceful – golden rose shimmer
Lovable – warm rose
Sometimes blush palettes like this lack pigmentation or have a different formula than the same product in a brand’s regular range. The Bliss Blush Palette formula feels the same as the permanent Amazonian Clay Blushes to me. The pigmentation is smooth, silky and lasts all day, just as I am used to. I never find this formula chalky or dusty, but they are super pigmented. Because of this you only need a little bit, and it sits on the skin so beautifully, even when you have dry skin like I do!
In terms of value, you get 0.8oz of product amongst four blush shades for $51 CND. To purchase one of these blushes as a single, you get 0.2oz of product for $38 CND. So you get a HUGE bargain by buying in a palette, even if you only online one of two shades!
As with all the holiday offerings, the Tarte Blush Bliss Palette is limited edition. If you’re a blush lover like me, you’re going to want to order this asap!
