  2. Love that Lime Green in the palette!
I recently bought a Cremesheen lipstick from MAC and I was surprised that I loved the formula. I always stick to Amplified and Satin but will now take a look at the shades in the Cremesheen line.

  3. Fix+ surprised me. I’d tried these kinds of sprays before but never saw much of a difference. When I started getting more into make up (youtube, etc), I kept hearing people mention it, so I decided to try it… And holy cow.

  4. I’m not sure if counts as a true beauty product in the grand scheme of things but I recently discovered Quo Purifying Brush Shampoo as a former water/soap/gel/whateversaround regular brush cleaner I was really surprised (and slightly alarmed) by what’s coming off my brushes…. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer of it

  5. I just got the Estelle & Thilde Bio Mineral Healthy Glow foundation and it’s the most natural looking foundation I’ve ever tried, light coverage so looks like you’re not even wearing anything but somehow makes my skin look so healthy!

  6. Urban Decay Vice Metal Meets Matte Lipstick Palette. My daughter got it for me for Christmas, it lasts me all day.

  7. I have always loved Lush products, but two masks really amazed me, so I really recommend the Lush Cup o’coffee mask for a bright, clear skin and the Lush FOMO mask if you want to ease redness and irritation!

  13. The last product I tried was the Colourtints from Colourette Cosmetics (a local brand from the Philippines) I was surprised that it’s super blendable compared to other tints I tried. It’s pigmentation is really good too! And the selection of shades is quite satisfying. I’ve found my holy grail tint with their tints.

  18. I tried a sample of Lancer Cavier Peel. I am a huge skeptic of claims from beauty products but this peel did great. The only con is it’s pricey.

  19. The last product I used that surprised me was the NYX Ultimate Shadow palette. It’s a compact, 16 pan warm/neutral eyeshadow palette. The pigmentation is amazing and the colors are super easy to blend. I traveled in Europe for 2.5 months carrying only this palette and I never got bored with it!

  20. The last product that surprised me was Rapid Lash serum. I lost all my eyebrows and lashes due to chemo treatments and it was amazing in helping the re-growth.

  21. So this isn’t “technically” a beauty product, but I swear by it and tell everyone to use it. Ministry chafing gel as a makeup primer. It’s like $5 and it has the same ingredients as smashbox photo finish primer. I’ve used both side by side and STILL always default to monistat lol. Some of friends are like “I just can’t get with putting monistat on my face” I’m like ok well more for meeeee!

  22. I recently purchased the Clinique Line Smoothing concealer ($24 + tax) and was shocked at how cakey it got on my skin, even when powdered :/

  24. I was pleasantly surprised with The Ordinary coverage foundation! I was skeptical because it’s so inexpensive but it is really good and gives awesome coverage!

  25. I tried using powdered eyeliner, and it smeared all over my cheeks. I wear eyelash extensions, and I thought that it would be great to get right next to my lash line. It was Young Blood, but I’m not sure if it’s the fault of the brand.

  30. I tried Superstay Matte Ink – Un-Nude liquid lipstick and I was shocked too see that those purple colors suit me.

  31. I tried several Borghesse products. They were okay but for the money you can get better quality. Especially the lip gloss, lip stick and brushes. Meh

  32. I loved the new born this way setting powder by too faced one of my most favorites ! @paintyourface89 IG Facebook Allison Faye Baldwin ???❤️

  33. Anastasia Beverly Hills Dip Brow Pomade, it’s not working the way I expected. I’ve had better results with NYX Eyebrow gel and NYX Tame and Frame, half the price ! Can’t wait to finish my pot and go back to NYX. Thank you for the chance !

  34. My sister got me a contouring kit from Benefit Cosmetics for Christmas. I never thought I needed it and never wanted it, but I surprisingly really love it!

  35. I haven’t bought it yet (I’m limiting how many products I buy a month!) but I swatched the Too Faced glitter palette in store and it was really nice!

  36. I recently got the Mario Badescu Azulene Calming mask and Facial spray with aloe cucumber and green tea. Both designed for sensitive skin with all natural ingredients so I was very excited to try them. The only thing the mask did is inflamed my cheeks. I tried it multiple times and after about 15 minutes my cheeks were on fire. I’ve had plenty of masks and treatments that are intense but this was specific for calming. The spray was so sticky I ended up using Micellar water to wash it off after about an hour. Both a disappointment, I highly doubt I’ll try anything else from this brand again.

  37. I unfortunately don’t have the opportunity often to try new products but Vichy is at the top of my favourites list!

  38. The last product I tried that surprised me was a bourjois velvet lipstick in red. I don’t typically wear red lipstick but this shade is perfection.

  40. The last thing i tried was YSL all hours foundation and i like it very much although I am a Estée Lauder double wear fan:)

  41. I bought some Tarte makeup brushes and they are beautiful, but the bristles don’t seem to be tightly attached. I lose at least 10-15 of them every time I use it. disappointing

  46. The last surprise beauty item I tried was IGK Rich Kid Coconut Oil Gel!! It is one of my favourite discoveries ever!!! I had a sample and fell in love so I bought a regular size at Sephora. It smells amazing and gives my hair a nice texture

  47. The last product I tried was the Sephora Collection Beauty Amplifier Universal Lip Liner and I quite like it. It gets pricey to have a lip liner for each lipstick and this one being clear is perfect and does its job of preventing feathering.

  48. I tried the Maybelline Total Temptation Washable Mascara. I really liked it! Kept my lashes soft and nice volume!

  49. The Wet`n`Wild Photo Focus, for 6 $ you get a foundation that stay s put for 8-10 h, 20 shades . I like it.

  50. The last beauty product was IT COSMETICS Your Skin But Better CC Cream with SPF 50+ and the color didn’t work for me. It was too orangey. I hope that they have more shades to choose from.

  51. I tried the Pür Cosmetics Eye Polish Glitters yesterday. There was surprisingly little fallout and no creasing on my oily lids after 9 hours wear time. Pretty cool I think. They swatched similarly to the Stila Glitter and Glow shadows, but I haven’t used those on my eyes to compare fully.

  52. I`ve sensitive skin and tried the Superstay Better Skin Maybelline foundation, it wasn’t a good idea 🙁 -still I gave it more than one try, just in case, but I got the same allergic reaction
