Life’s busy and it can be hard to keep on top of all your favourite beauty blogs, which is why every two weeks I like to round up the highlights in a handy dandy little catch up post for you! Here’s what you might have missed out on:
This Just In
Lot’s of newness these last two weeks with some fall collections/launches. You can read about Clarins Fall 2015 Collection here, and I just posted to instagram about Drybar coming to Sephora Canada this fall. You can also expect a full review/swatches/look created with the recently released Urban Decay Naked Smoky Palette next week. Spoiler alert – it’s gorgeous!
I posted about the Aerin Gardenia Rattan Fragrance last week. Designed by the granddaughter of famed Estee Lauder in homage to her grandmother, this scent immediately reminded me of MY grandmother at first sniff! I love when a scent takes you back to a special time, or person.
World Wide Beauty Vol 2
We took a trip to Hungary last week with Omorovicza’s thermal water rich products. The Thermal Cleansing Balm and Queen of Hungary Mist combo has my skin looking smoother, and clearer in tone that it has in months!
The Artist Is In
Another new series launched this last week called The Artistry Series. I am so thrilled to be sharing brands designed and created by makeup artists themselves – I mean, who else knows the ins and outs of cosmetics more!? Naturally I kicked the series off with the incredible Charlotte Tilbury, and posted a collection of my must try products, along with Charlotte’s story and a cheeky giveaway! There was also a post earlier in the week demo’ing the Charlotte ‘Feline Flick’ eyeliner method – complete with step by step pics and instructions!
What was the highlight of your week?
