Weekend Round Up | The Best of March 15th-20th

weekend round up, st patricks day, mac palettes, ilamasqua, benefit, chanel, mascara monday, kat von d, too faced,
Rounding up new product releases, post highlights and products I’ve got my hands on this week. Here’s some of the best for March 15th-20th 2015.

This Just In:
I’ve been (not so) patiently waiting for the new Too Faced Natural Matte Palette. It’s a matte version of my favourite Too Faced Natural Eyes Palette. It’s on the shopping list.

Breaking It Down:
This week I blogged about some of my favourite neutrals as of late, including the likes of Tarte Tartelette Palette and Marc Jacobs Highliner Eye Crayons. I also talked about my favourite products to use when I’m in a rush and only have ten minutes to get out the door. Favourites are a products that can be blended in with fingers, like Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua, and Make Up For Ever Aqua Cream in #13.
Mascara Monday had me trying out the Kat Von D Immortal Lash Mascara – which was a surprising hit for me! Take a look at that post here.

Currently Loving:
I instagrammed about my recent rediscovery of my Mac palettes. Does anyone else thoroughly enjoying putting these in order in their palettes?
I also shared another Sunday Steal with the Sleek Contour Kit in Light – a fabulous drugstore contour powder and highlighter in one for under a tenner!

Celebrating:
It was St. Patrick’s Day this week, which naturally had me sporting some green shadow. I instagrammed my look for the day, and I was really happy with how it turned out!
I am also revelling in the fact that I dragged my bum back to the gym this week. I burned a hot 602 calories and still have the sore legs to show for it. I used the Polar FT4 Heart Rate Monitor to track and find it super motivating. Back in the saddle again…

What was the highlight of your week? Did you try a new product or rock a green shadow for St. Patrick’s Day?
